The Russian 'FUCK', like the English, has both a direct translation and a real meaning. Direct translation is a verb 'to fuck', that is, to have sex with someone:
to fuck !
[ YEBAT` ]ЕБАТЬ
( ENG / RUS in Latin - transliterated / RUS )
But in real life, it's just either an exclamation more rude than SHIT, or a meaningless word, which is repeated many times between other, only in order to show how cool you are.
In Russian spoken language, in 80-90 % of cases, word FUCK will be replaced by BLYAT`
Direct translation means WHORE / BITCH / HOOKER.
Nevertheless, the real meaning always aldepends on the context. In this case and most often, it`s a analog of the English FUCK in obscene meaning of SHIT.
fuck !
[ BLYAT`! ]БЛЯДЬ !
LINK TO SOUND Let's reveal another little secret of the Russian 'FUCK'. In fact, this is any of the obscene Russian expressions that are inserted between other, normal, words. Shuffle them in random order and say one at a time or two or even three at once. Do this and everyone will immediately understand that you are a real Russian!
However, for a 'beginner fucker', only one word of BLYAT` is enough. If you substitute it in any random phrases, you get something like this:
'And what is this, fuck ? How much is, fuck ? You know what, fuck ? Fuck you, fuck !' Understand? Let's repeat it again, but in separate phrases:
and what is this (+fuck) ?
[ A ETA SHTO TAKOYE (+BLYAT`) ? ]А ЭТО ЧТО ТАКОЕ (+БЛЯДЬ) ?
how much is (+fuck) ?
[ SKOL`KA ETA STOIT (+BLYAT`) ? ]СКОЛЬКО ЭТО СТОИТ (+БЛЯДЬ) ?
you know what (+fuck) ?
[ A ZNAYESH SHTO (+BLYAT`) ? ]А ЗНАЕШЬ ЧТО (+БЛЯДЬ) ?
fuck you (+fuck) !
[ IDI NAKHUI (+BLYAT`) ! ]ИДИ НАХУЙ (+БЛЯДЬ) !
